How does the owner receive the alert?
By email.

Do you share phone numbers?
No. Personal contact information is not exchanged.

Does it require an app?
No. The person can scan or tap the placard from their phone.

What can someone report? Vehicle situations like double parking, a blocked driveway, lights left on, an alarm, an open window or trunk, or possible damage—plus lost or found personal property such as keys, wallets, bags, packages, bicycles, and luggage.

Will SMS be added?
SMS is planned for a future update and is not currently available.
